General Questions

We are located in the heart of Wodonga, VIC. You’ll find our clinic at 4/1a Moorefield Park Drive, West Wodonga 3690

No referral is required. You can book directly with us via our online booking system or by calling the clinic.

Many of our remedial massage appointments qualify for health fund rebates. Please check with your health fund for eligibility.

We accept EFTPOS and all major credit/debit cards. Other payment options may be available — please ask at reception.

Appointments & Bookings

You can book online via our website by clicking the Book Now button, or call us directly to arrange a time.

Treatment times vary depending on the service:

  • Express Massage: 30 minutes

  • Remedial Massage: 30, 60, or 90 minutes

  • Restorative Massage: 60 or 90 minutes

Please give us at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Late cancellations or missed appointments may incur a fee.

During Your Appointment

Wear comfortable clothing. Depending on the treatment, you may be asked to undress to your comfort level. We do ask that you wear underwear during your session. You’ll always be covered with towels, with only the area being worked on exposed.

Your therapist will begin with a short consultation to discuss your needs, health history, and goals. The treatment will then be tailored to you, whether it’s focused remedial work or general relaxation.

Some remedial techniques can cause mild discomfort, especially when treating tight or sore areas. Your therapist will always work within your comfort level and adjust the pressure as needed.

Yes, we typically use massage oils. Depending on your needs, your therapist may also use cupping, heat, deep tissue work, or trigger point therapy.

Corporate Massage

Yes, we provide on-site corporate massage using the Dolphin® Massage Chair, which allows access to areas commonly affected by office work and repetitive tasks. We also offer in-clinic corporate packages.

Workplace massages usually range from 10–30 minutes per staff member, depending on your package and team size.

Yes. Corporate massage is designed to relieve stress and tension, reduce fatigue, and help employees feel more focused and energised.

Simply contact us to discuss your workplace needs. We’ll tailor a package for your team and provide massage either on-site with our Dolphin® Chairs or in our Wodonga clinic — easy and stress-free.

Health & Safety

Yes, we offer safe and supportive massage for pregnancy. Some techniques may be adjusted depending on the stage of pregnancy, and you must be at least 13 weeks along to receive treatment. Please let us know when booking so we can best support your needs.

In many cases, massage can help with recovery and symptom management. However, please let us know about any conditions or injuries when booking. If needed, we may request medical clearance before treatment.

No, massage therapy is not covered by Medicare. However, some health funds do provide rebates for remedial massage.

After Your Appointment

Drink plenty of water, allow your body to rest, and avoid strenuous activity for a few hours. Your therapist may provide specific advice depending on your treatment.

Some people experience mild soreness after a remedial massage, similar to post-exercise soreness. This usually subsides within 24–48 hours.
